Description
Too Broke To Die is a collection of poetry that examines the dual struggle that exists in America when you’re both Black and Muslim. Mohamed Tall seeks to articulate the complexity of this reality by compounding both Mohamed’s love for poetry and literature, with his inherent love for HipHop. The poems are rhythmic, but daring, and encompass what life is like for a young Black man coming into himself under the guise of capitalism and white supremacy.
